So where is Hermanus / What is there to see and do / and How do i get there?
Hermanus is situated very close to Cape Town, South Africa; 130kms and 90 minutes away, going down the N2 main highway, thro’ outstanding scenery. (Check out the Map at the bottom of this page).

TRANSPORT / TRANSFERS to/from Hermanus to/from Cape Town –
Getting here is best done by Transfer cars or minibuses – (there is NO public transport in South Africa.)
A car transfer (capable of transferring 3 people plus luggage) is R1100 in total to Cape Town city centre – divided by the number of persons transferred. (CT Airport is R1000)
A luxury 7 seater minibus is capable of transferring 7 persons and is a total of R2000 divided by the number of persons transferred. (CT Airport is R1800)
Trailers can easily be arranged to for extra luggage = R300 per journey
A normal local Yellow Taxi Cab will be cost you a whopping – R3000
